These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Wommio website and AI website builder service (“Service”) operated by Wommio (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Checkout and billing

Payments are processed securely through Paddle. All prices are in USD ($). Starter, Medium, and Pro plans are monthly subscriptions that renew each billing period until cancelled.

By completing checkout you authorize the applicable monthly charge for your selected plan. Payment terms and card processing follow Paddle’s platform rules and your card issuer’s policies. Sites are hosted on Wommio; HTML export is not provided.

2. Service description

Wommio provides tools to generate and edit website content using AI, subject to your selected plan limits and fair use. Published sites require an active subscription; when your subscription expires, published sites go offline until you renew.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You may not use the Service unlawfully, to infringe others’ rights, to distribute malware, or to overload or abuse our systems.

4. Intellectual property

Output you generate for your own use is subject to the rights and restrictions applicable to your plan and applicable law. The Wommio name, logo, software, and branding remain our property.

5. Privacy

Our Privacy policy describes how we process personal data.

6. Refunds and cancellation

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled before the next renewal to avoid future charges. Refund requests are handled according to our Refund policy and applicable consumer law. Contact us via the Contact page for billing questions.

7. Disclaimer and limitation

The Service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability is limited as set out in these Terms and mandatory consumer laws where they apply.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
