Terms of Sale (Distance Sales)

This agreement defines the rights and obligations of the parties for digital services purchased on Wommio. Our general Terms of Service also apply.

1. Parties

Payments are processed through Paddle. Wommio supplies the Service; Paddle handles card payment processing. Buyer: the user who completes checkout.

2. Subject of agreement

The subject is the online delivery of digital services under the monthly subscription plan selected by the buyer.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices shown at checkout are monthly subscription fees in USD ($). Each payment covers one billing month. Renewal requires a new monthly payment unless the subscription is cancelled.

4. Service delivery

After payment confirmation, package rights are assigned to the user account for the paid billing period. Access ends when the subscription expires unless renewed.

5. Dispute resolution

Consumer law provisions and competent authorities apply to disputes.
